I look forward to reading the next instalment. Congratulations with Arial having a little girl. I have many B names however I will give you my best ones, Bette Midler, Barbra Streisand, Buffy, Blythe, Beverly, Bernice, Bernadette, and Bianca.
You are a great storyteller, I've followed you since the beginning on YouTube and and thoroughly enjoyed following you to substack for your writing and drawing. I just wanted to tell you that I appreciate you being a safe place. It means a lot as a black woman that I can watch and read your content freely without having my guard up. Please keep going! We need more creators that are careful, and thoughtfully create.
A little sneak peek into Powder Keg once in a while would be cool! We're very excited for it... we know it will make us ponder how we show up in the world, others' lived experiences, and how we treat others.
I like my wife's suggestion - Bonita! It means "Pretty" in Spanish. But the other suggestions are great too!
In one of the James Herriot books about being a vet in rural Yorkshire, there’s a cow named Blossom who was old and was sent off to the knacker man, but she escaped from the truck and came back home. I like that story so I always thought blossom was a good name for a cow.
This is going to be a great book. I look forward to reading this. I would like to see some more excerpts. You could name the new calf Benson Jodi after the actress who played Ariel (Jodi Benson).
I want the alternate version where one of those three scratch-offs hits for a million! Frank marries Krystal and lives happily ever after. He even starts his own farm in Vermont.
Beatrice (I always adored Beatrice Arthur)
I would love to read more excerpts. As for the new heifer baby.. Bonita! :)
Blanche DuBois, from A Streetcar Named Desire

I'd love to see more of your previews. You know I love seeing your art, Morgan.
I'm also glad Ariel finally had her baby. I think she could be named Barbra (Streisand)

I use sequential letters for my calves as well, if that is what you do. Best cow I ever had was Betsey
Good morning, Morgan. I was hoping Ariel would have a heifer calf. I am still going with Boston for her name.
“Rainy day in Georgia . . .rainin’ all over the world”, and here in CT, too, and your
thoughts and panels are ‘weather wise’.
I look forward to your next book, but admit I’m not that interested in only Vermont - this whole COUNTRY is in dire straits🤦♀️
As for Ariel’s little girl, how ‘bout “Babs”

Poor Frank! He is pitiable and relatable. His boss is awful. He works a low prestige job and snobs are everywhere. Sadly, he repeats their faults.
Beauty and just like that you have a lineage of Disney princess cows
